I get 935 KB/sec on it rather than the measly 100 KB/sec on the link above. I'll let you guys know if the file actually works for me when I finish downloading it.

EDIT: it downloads and installs correctly, but the MGA launcher doesn't work with it. It's probably the US version, not the EU version which would explain why its not working. If I'm able to get it working, I'll post a guide later for people that downloaded the US version.
